If we discover that you have opened or attempted to open multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances and winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities that occur through your account are your responsibility. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kaca34 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
As part of our regulatory obligations and commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, kaca34 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to account registration, first withdrawal, or at random intervals for security purposes.
KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents: (a) A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or other government-issued photo identification showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date; (b) Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and address; (c) A selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face, with both your face and the document details clearly visible.
We aim to process verification documents within 1-24 hours of submission during business days. Processing may take longer during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or periods of high volume. Your withdrawal requests will be pending until verification is successfully completed.
If you fail to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days of our request, or if the documents you provide are deemed insufficient, false, or fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending full investigation.
kaca34 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at our discretion without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50,000). Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to limits imposed by your financial institution. Specific limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
Most deposits are processed instantly or within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank's processing schedule. kaca34 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your responsibility.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your kaca34 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity. You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.
If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, you must notify us within seventy-two (72) hours. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any genuine errors. However, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by your payment provider.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, provided that (a) your account is fully verified through our KYC process; (b) you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses received; (c) there are no pending investigations or disputes related to your account; and (d) you have complied with all Terms and Conditions.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You must withdraw to a bank account or payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security and regulatory reasons.
The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is fifty million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50,000,000). Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and verification level.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours after approval, though processing times may be longer during weekends and public holidays. First-time withdrawals require account verification and may take additional time. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing.
kaca34 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, intermediary banks or payment providers may deduct transaction fees from the withdrawal amount, which are beyond our control and are not reimbursable.
Once a withdrawal request has been processed and funds have left our system, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Withdrawal requests that are still pending may be cancelled by contacting customer support.
kaca34 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods.
Bonus funds typically cannot be withdrawn until you have satisfied wagering requirements, which require you to place bets totaling a specified multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus). Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 20%, and sports bets contribute based on their odds.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimize risk, using betting strategies that exploit bonus terms, or any other activity that demonstrates an intention to profit from bonuses without genuine gaming activity, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit and any winnings from that deposit (excluding bonus-derived winnings) will be available for withdrawal.
All bets are subject to acceptance by kaca34. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including after acceptance if there is evidence of errors, fraud, manipulation, or if the bet violates these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your account history with a unique bet ID, it is considered accepted.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body. We rely on reputable third-party data providers for results. If an official result is changed after settlement due to a governing body's decision, we reserve the right to re-settle bets accordingly.
If a sports event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets remain valid. If the event is rescheduled beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets on that event are void and stakes are returned. Specific sports may have different rules which will be communicated in our sports betting rules section.
When placing live (in-play) bets, you acknowledge that there may be a short delay between the actual event occurrence and our display of that event. We are not liable if a significant event occurs in this delay period. Live betting odds change dynamically; the odds confirmed in your bet slip are the odds that apply to your bet, even if they differ from the current displayed odds.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if (a) you violate these Terms and Conditions; (b) we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you provide false or misleading information; (d) you engage in bonus abuse or coordinated betting; (e) you create multiple accounts; or (f) for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is closed due to violation of these Terms, we may forfeit your account balance and any winnings.
